Originally developed from the camouflage gear the puppeteers wore to blend in with the "allotment" in One Planet Future, Cosmute now makes Wild Earth Suits ( (C) J. Eiseman-Renyard 2021). Each one is hand-crafted, re-using as much of the material that goes into it as possible. All one-piece for comfort and practicality, many of them have hoods, some of which can also cover the wearer's face, with a soft gauze to see out through, very useful when trying to blend into a "forest" set. The "puddles" of colour are individually cut out and sewn together in an army-camo style pattern, the leaves sewn on complimented by images with hippy flowers, butterflies, birds, insects, mushrooms and fruits, blending a gritty, army look with a more grungy "flower-fairy" feel.
All of them come with a main front-zip and many also have drawstrings, snappers, velcro and zips on individual arms or legs. Most are unisex and can be made in child or adult sizes. All slightly unique in their particular pattern, they're great for characters on stage in fantasy or adventure stories and make amazing outfits to perform in at live festivals, or even just to wear to a festival. Wear one of these to an event or just casually and you could really stand out from the crowd in what was designed to help puppeteers blend right in!
